**All participants are required to be U.S citizens. All foreign nationals interested in attending must complete and submit a FEMA application requesting approval for attendance. The request will outline the participant's professional relationship with the state or local jurisdiction and the anticipated value for the participant to receive the training in support of that jurisdiction. This application must be completed at least 30 days prior to the training date. Please contact NDPTC for a copy of the application.**

**To be eligible to complete the post-test and receive a FEMA certificate, participants must attend at least 80% of the course.**
